Dentaria Come Pewter Polianthes winter deciduous fronds emerge from(aka: Cardamine 'Come Pewter') Dentaria 'Come Pewter' is a 2022 Plant Delights JLBG introduction of a hybrid toothwort, which we think is a cross between two Eastern US natives, Dentaria diphylla and Dentaria heterophylla. Dentaria 'Come Pewter' emerges in early February (NC) with mitt shaped pewter silver foliage that forms a 4" tall x 15" wide clump. The 5" tall stalks of white bell shaped flowers top the clump, starting for us in late February.
