Benjamin Romeo Size:6x750ml Classic ruby colorThe third wine in the collection, the 2015 Coleccin N 3 El Chozo Del Bombn is pure Tempranillo from the vineyard that names the wine, a 50 year old vineyard on brown limestone soils. It fermented in oak vats with indigenous yeasts and matured in new French oak barrels for 18 months. I find the oak to be better integrated here than in the previous vintage, possibly the effect of a year that has produced more powerful wines that have been able to take
