Once again there is a whiff of menthol to the riper liqueur like aromas of red and dark raspberry that are cut with hints of earth and pepper. The medium weight flavors are not especially dense, but I do like the energy and delineation of the moderately firm, delicious and dusty finish. This should drink well after only 4 to 5 years of cellaring.
