Vintage 1930s Evening Gown Black Chantilly Lace Dress Fishtail Ball Gown Sz M L bathing suit lilac grey and dropped outThis is a 1930s era full length black lace evening gown dress. The dress is constructed with lace over a black taffeta base fabric I believe that the lace is Chantilly. It has cap sleeves, a sweetheart shaped neckline and is cut so that the skirt flares out at the bottom to form a fishtail at the back. The bodice is decorated down the centre with 13 matching lace covered buttons and the dress has a metal zipper closure at the left side. Age: 1930s
