A lingering and lifting finish of cinnamon, cedar, and peppercorn round out this complex, and exceptionally balanced expression. Bourbon Country is the 8th release of bourbon from Pinhook. It's been aged more than 3 years at Castle and Key Distillery in Millville, KY and was blended and proofed by Marianne Barnes and Sean Josephs.
