Dhondt Grellet, Le Mont de Fer Extra Brut other_regions the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon givesI revisited Dhondt's 2015 Extra Brut Premier Cru Le Mont de Fer Ros on several occasions in early 2021, and I clearly underrated it last year. Wafting from the glass with scents of sweet red berries, mandarin, bergamot, spices and peonies, it's full bodied, vinous and elegantly fleshy, with lively acids and a long, intensely sapid finish. This is a beautiful bottle, and I can attest to the fact that it tends to empty all too quickly. It's also
