Vintage 1920s Flapper Beaded Decorative Headband Appliqué Art Deco Beads on Net Balenciaga The piece is signedThis is a wonderful hand beaded decorative belt appliqu that dates to the 1920s. It features coral and turquoise coloured beads as well as black bugle beads, gold, cobalt, violet and black beads as well as wool yarn embroidery in turquoise and blue, all applied to a net tulle base. The beaded area measures 21 in length by 4 1 2 in height, exclusive of the tulle netting. It is in very good condition with the exception of ripped netting around the round
