The leather's virtually untreated surface gives it a velvety, rich feel. The main compartment offers space for a medium sized folder and a 13 inch laptop. It closes with a snap fastener. The snap fastener is not fixed in position but slides upwards automatically, like an elevator, as the bag's contents grow. In this configuration, the bag expands by about a third in height.
